• Payment is accepted by credit or via e-transfer to gfmha.tournaments@gmail.com. Payment is due within 2 days of registration and spots will not be held after that date.


• Withdrawal from any tournament will result in a $100 admin fee to be deducted from the registration fee, if the vacant position is filled.  No refunds will be given if the vacant position cannot be filled. Teams from outside of Canada are subject to an additional $150 CDN charge for tournaments.  Canadian teams from outside BC are subject to an additional $50 CDN fee.
