All coaches must complete the Coaching Application on a yearly basis. Please complete the application form and submit it to Coach Coordinator at GFMHACoachCoordinator@gmail.com. All coaches are required to return Criminal Record Check, Coach Application Form and Coaching Code of Conduct to the Coach Coordinator by August 15th.
